Seth Kaufman joined adidas in January 2011 to establish a CRM function in the U.S. In this role he manages direct to consumer communications, with a focus on delivering the right message to the right consumer at the right time, instills a customer-focused approach across the organization, and manages customer reviews of products. Prior to adidas, he worked at MotoSport (www.motosport.com) and Wells Fargo Bank (www.wellsfargo.com).
A music enthusiast, Seth is a long-time volunteer with the music-focused non-profit PDX Pop Now! (http://www.pdxpopnow.com/), of which he is past president. He is also an avid swimmer.
