Patagonia is a multi-channel retailer and manufacturer of quality outdoor products with a focus on environmental and social responsibility. Mark is leading the development of the Patagonia community page which serves reviews based on customers’ interests and the contributions of Patagonia’s most loyal product users.
Mark has over five years in retail e-commerce experience with the company. Prior to Patagonia, he was in the financial industry at HSBC and Citibank, managing online customer acquisitions in both the online and direct mail channels.
