John is the vice president of Oracle Commerce product management. Coming to Oracle through the Endeca acquisition, John has spent his career helping retail, distribution, manufacturing, travel, and media organizations define and execute on their online strategies. With a core focus on delivering personalized and differentiated customer experiences, John’s expertise has focused on providing guidance on best practice technologies and processes for optimizing the digital customer experience. Prior to Endeca, John was a manager within Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice where he led corporate strategy, IT strategy, and supply chain projects. John holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Boston College and received his master’s degree from the Harvard Business School.
