Did your company exemplify customer centricity and social excellence over the past year? Get recognized for your social successes and brand leadership in front of your industry peers at the Social Summit! Awards are given to companies who prove exceptional in their given category. Previously recognized companies include 3M, L.L.Bean, Newell Rubbermaid, American Express, Domino’s Pizza, Clorox, and Macy’s.

From the descriptions below, please select one or more categories that best reflect your company’s achievements over the past year (April 2011 – April 2012), and submit your nomination via this form.

Winners will be selected based on a combined score of votes from conference attendees and from an expert panel. Winners will be announced on stage during the event in April.

Award categories

  • Innovation: Nominees in this category lead the way in adapting technology to navigate the social landscape. They build teams and implement innovative solutions that encourage conversations. The sky is the limit for these companies when it comes to creatively solving business problems using online tools.

  • Insight: Nominees in this category use consumer feedback to inform the way products and services are developed. They have designed systems for listening to customers and for distilling these insights into action across the organization. Their efforts result in increased customer retention and confidence.

  • Impact: Nominees in this category best demonstrate the value of customer conversation in marketing. They build ground-breaking multi-channel campaigns centered on customer feedback. They are proud of their communities and leverage this valuable dialogue in the marketplace.
